I would recommend and buy this product again.
I have owned Miele products for over 20 years now, and have never been disappointed. Once again, another great product, great vacuum, lightweight and powerful and super easy to use, especially with the handle controls. The only two complaints I have are that the instruction manual does not show how to pair the handle controls to the vacuum body. I had to phone Miele customer services, who promptly emailed the instructions. Secondly, the vacuum comes with the AllTeQ universal floorhead, which is Ok for hard floors and low-pile carpets, but isn't as good as the TurboTeQ floor brush, which I believe should come as standard, as it's much better for a deeper carpet clean. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this Miele vacuum.
