Definitely a product worth buying.
I was dubious about changing my upright cleaner, but I was finding it increasingly difficult to use due to its bulkiness and weight. On a recommendation from a family member I visited the Miele shop in Solihull. Being able to physically use the machine in the shop made me realise this was the make I needed. It is so easy to use, very lightweight which has been a game changer for me, tools are easily interchangeable and instructions are very straight forward. The cord recoil is a good design as well. I have decided to replace my stick vacuum for a Miele in the near future. I must also mention the salesman in the store, so helpful, not pressing me into a sale, and helping me to the car park with my purchase. Well done Miele!
